A Multidisciplinary Workshop on Avatars for Dementia

This is a one-day closed workshop, bringing together potential collaborators with the aim of coming up with a rough draft for a project application. This one-day workshop is funded by the University of Edinburgh and facilitated by Paula Sweeney. Attendees bring a multidisciplinary perspective including technical skills (NLP, ML, AI), engineering (human factors), ethics, philosophy, and responsible research and innovation, psychology, gerontology among other disciplines.

Cost: This workshop is funded by the University of Aberdeen (Impact accelerator grant awarded to Dr Paula Sweeney, Lecturer in Philosophy).
